This a great helmet for when you want to protect yourself from dust and debris but do not like wearing goggles.  And for when it is sunny out, the slide down sunscreen acts like sunglasses.  The ratchet style buckle makes buckling and unbuckling the helmet a breeze.  One downside is that in extremely dusty conditions dust will get on the inside of the clear shield which can be difficult to clean while out on the trails.

LS2’s Quick Release System chin strap makes getting it on and off a breeze, and, in case of emergency, the cheek pads use their Emergency Release System quick pull cheek pads. Cheek pads are contour cut from high quality foam using LS2’s 3D laser technology. The wide eye port accommodates most major brands of goggles. The Pioneer makes a great Adventure or UTV helmet.
